Subscription Cancellation Form

If you wish to cancel your subscription we hate to see you go.

Fill out the form below at least 5 days before your next billing cycle, and we will take care of it ASAP. Once you enter a new billing cycle our policy is we cannot refund. Why? On the first day of your chart subscription, we are billed for the data feed for your charts for the full month. That means that if you cancel after that day, we would still have to pay the data feed for you for the whole month. For obvious business reasons we cannot do that so please ... if you must cancel, do it with a 5 day notice. Thanks!

Please note: It is our policy that should you cancel your subscription and then return ( almost all who do leave, usually return), we cannot waive the $100 activation fee after 10 days from your subscription cancellation date due to our agreement with our data provider.
