If you get a message on the Demo:
"Charts are locked, you cannot work with
them" , you may be able to fix it
yourself. This condition is caused by
primarily TWO things.
#1 Your firewall is blocking the charts
from accessing the internet. Manually go
to your firewall (Norton and McAfee or
notorious for this) and tell it to ALLOW
patraders.exe.
#2 you entered a password by mistake
(the demo generates it's own password)
and so the one you put in does NOT match
the one the charts created. Go on the
charts to the tool bar: SYSTEM /
SETTINGS and click CREATE A NEW DEMO
ACCOUNT, Fill out the form in it's
entirety (incomplete forms are deleted),
hit submit and then close and reopen the
charts. If that doesn't solve it, we
will have to manually go in and force
your firewall to accept the charts (it
thinks the chart is a Worm or Trojan
virus - it is doing it's job but
creating a heck of a problem for us). |
