Forex Trading the week of 11\/16\/2025: USDX, EU,UJ,GU

Note:  FOMC and NFP this week!   

USDX: Forex Strategies Bearish: Currently, we are in a channel in a 3rd wave down. Watch for a bounce on the S8 for a 4th wave. The pairs should prove it out when the market opens. All of this could change in a heartbeat and will affect the currencies below. ATR’s are slightly lower than last week.  BE SMART - TRADE WITH STOPS!!!!

EURUSD

Forex Strategies Bullish: We are currently @ 1.1622 in a 3rd wave up. We are for a continuation to the R4 @ 1.1700 area and a possible 4th wave there. Watch the USDX for reversal and direction. The ATR for the pair currently is 55 pips and its 90 day average is 74 pips.   NOT TRADEABLE

USDJPY                            

Forex Strategies Waiting: We are currently @ 154.54  in a channel. We are looking to finish a 5th wave up and then reverse @ 156.00 area. We have divergence in play.  The average daily true range (ATR) for the pair 107 pips and it 90 day average is 121 pips.

GBPUSD

Forex Strategies: Bullish:   We are currently @ 1.3175 in a C wave  in a range. We are looking for a continuation to the square up @ 1.3300area and then a reversal.  Watch the USDX for direction. The average daily true range (ATR) for the pair currently is 86 pips and it 90 day average is 85 pips.
